1. Who these terms are with

Viblee is operated by a limited liability company, with trade licence number [insert number], and whose registered office is [insert registered address], the United Arab Emirates (“Viblee”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

These terms apply to your use of viblee.com, the pre-launch sign-up, and any Viblee launch events you attend.

2. What Viblee is right now

Viblee is a membership app currently in pre-launch. This website is a waitlist and information page, not the app itself. The app is not yet available, and no membership, payment or service is being sold through this site.

3. The pre-launch sign-up

By submitting the sign-up form, you provide your express consent in accordance with Article 6 of the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree by Law No. 45 of 2021) for Viblee to collect and process your personal data for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. You also consent to Viblee contacting you by email, WhatsApp or the mobile number you provide about pre-launch events, the app launch, and related updates. Your consent is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time by emailing hello@viblee.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before your withdrawal.

Joining the pre-launch list is not a guarantee of an invitation to any specific event, and does not create any right to membership, priority access, or pricing once the app launches. This includes any reference elsewhere on this site to “founding member” status or access, which describes early access and remains subject to change until confirmed in writing to an individual member. Once the app launches, using it to book or request an introduction to a trusted partner (for example a gym instructor, car dealership, or home services provider) will involve sharing relevant personal data with that partner, as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Launch events

Free attendance to a Viblee launch event does not constitute a contract for services. Events may have limited capacity, and Viblee reserves the right to refuse entry, or to cancel or reschedule an event, at its discretion. Where photography or filming takes place at an event, attending the event and remaining in the area where filming is clearly signposted constitutes your clear, positive consent to being photographed or filmed and to Viblee’s use of those images and footage for marketing, on this website, and on social media, in accordance with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. You may withdraw this consent for future use of your image by contacting hello@viblee.com, without affecting the lawfulness of any use before withdrawal.

Unless stated otherwise on the event page, attendees must be 18 or older.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this site: no scraping or automated data collection, no submitting false or misleading information on the sign-up form, and no creating sign-ups through automated means.

By using this website, you confirm and represent that you are 18 or older.

6. Personal data

Viblee processes personal data in accordance with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree by Law No. 45 of 2021) and its Privacy Policy. By using this website and submitting the sign-up form, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy sets out full details of how your personal data is collected, used, stored, shared, and transferred, and forms part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Viblee name, logo, and the content of this site are owned by Viblee and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by UAE law, Viblee is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from your attendance at a launch event, except where that liability cannot be excluded by law. This applies in particular to events offered free of charge, where no service contract exists between Viblee and the attendee.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Where a change is material, we will update the date at the top of this page. If a material change relates to the processing of personal data, we will notify you by email where we hold your email address and will obtain your renewed consent where required under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law. Continuing to use the site, or attending a Viblee event, after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
